Class Descriptions


Core Fit – 15 min. solution to core strength.  Great for abdominal and lower back conditioning. (Core Fit+ is 30 min.) Fitness level: Intermediate

Body Flex – 45 min. of stretches intended to improve flexibility, athletic performance, and injury prevention. Fitness level: All levels

Pure Strength– Complete strength training routine using weights, body weight, and other equipment to increase metabolism, strength, and endurance. Fitness level: All levels

Jump Start-  Start off your day with a 45 minutes workout combining cardio and toning exercises in a circuit format.  All levels

- Join us for 30 – 45 min. of KID friendly workouts ranging from Zumba Kids, Toning, Circuit routines, and more! Ages 6 – 12 only.

Monday Mania - 30 to 45 minutes of interval training!  Start your week with a fun and challenging workout to boost metabolism and gain endurance.  Intermediate-Advanced

Yoga Designed to build flexibility and strength, this class works to improve circulation, lengthen muscles, create a light strong body and a calm mind.  Fitness level: All levels     Restorative Yoga:  A more gentle approach to yoga for rest and relaxation. 

Super Step – 55 min. of non-stop, advanced step and hi/lo aerobics to high energy music. Fitness level: Intermediate – Advanced

 - A combination of Latin and international music and dance moves to effectively burn calories, tone, and improve cardiovascular stamina.

NEW ADDITIONS

Zumba® Blast-  A 30 min. dance fitness class with high intensity music!

Body Alive- A 45 min. low impact workout combining balance, strength, cardio, and stretching with no impact on the back and knees. Fitness Level-Beginner

Inferno 360- A workout designed for your entire body. Increase metabolism, strength, and endurance in this class that combines suspension training, spinning, rowers, boxing, weights, and core. Fitness Level- High Intensity ( See Bootcamp schedule)

Pilates Blend- A 45 min. class blending Pilates exercises for core and body conditioning with Barre exercises for improved balance, strength, and lengthening of muscles.          Fitness Level-  All Fitness Levels

Power Barre- Increase balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength in this 45 min. class that combines the ballet Barre and floor work. Fitness Level - Intermediate

 

 

 

 

Group Fitness Policies & Procedures


  • All classes must have 3 participants to begin.
  • Children must be 13 years of age or older to participate.  Direct parental supervision is required unless child has completed complimentary Teen Fitness Program.
  • Inform the instructor of any physical limitations you may have.
  • Wear appropriate clothing, tennis shoes, and no heavy perfumes.
  • Please silence cellphones.
  • Please allow previous class to exit before entering for next class.
  • Classes are subject to be changed based on participation.  Classes must maintain a minimum of 6 participants consistently.
