Camille Moore - Fitness Director


Camille learned the value of fitness early in life and it carried her all the way to All-American and All-Southeastern Conference honors as a sprinter at Mississippi State University. She graduated in 2002 with a degree in fitness management and then joined the Healthplex fitness staff. Camille now serves as Fitness Director and employs safe, yet challenging, workouts that are tailored for each person's goals. Camille also teaches aquatic group exercise and is indoor cycling certified by IFTA.


Brandi Derrick - Program Director


Brandi is a Mississippi native and a graduate of Mississippi College with a degree in English.  She found her love in the fitness world as an aerobics instructor in 2000, and that passion led her to personal training.  With over 15 years of experience, she has worked with all fitness levels and enjoys creating individualized challenges.  Brandi is an ACE and AFAA certified personal trainer.  She is also certified in group exercise, Zumba®, Step, Pilates Reformer, Spinning®, and Aquatics. 



Memrie Rounsaville - Fitness Coordinator


A native of Greenwood, MS, Memrie grew up as an athlete and went on to graduate from Delta State University with a degree in exercise science. With nearly a decade of experience in fitness, Memrie brings a depth of knowledge and professional skill to personal training, class instruction and member service. She enjoys working with people of all fitness levels and instructs bootcamp, Spinning and aquatic group exercise. 


Pepper Baker - Fitness Specialist


New Orleans born, Pepper had an active childhood which included participation in multiple sports.  She attended East Mississippi Community College and Delta State University, where she was a member of the women’s softball team for 4 years, receiving All-State honors in her freshman year.  She earned a degree in exercise science from Delta State University in 2017.  She now utilizes her athletic experience and education to help others realize their fitness goals.



Lorenzo Newell - Fitness Specialist


In the rural town of Sallis, MS, Lorenzo developed a passion for fitness early in life. Growing up competing in athletics, Lorenzo got his first real taste of fitness when he was introduced to lifting weights. After becoming fascinated with all the things he could do to improve his body's performance and appearance, he then set out to share all that he learned with as many people that would listen. Lorenzo possesses a NSCA certification and an Associates Degree from Pinnacle Career Institute in personal training.  Lorenzo utilizes his education and experiences to positively impact as many people as possible. He trains clients using high intensity methods, works with our Youth Performance class, and leads an afternoon boot camp experience.


Grace Harsch - Fitness Specialist


Grace is a graduate of Mississippi College, earning her degree in exercise science in 2015. Born into a military family, Grace learned the appreciation for an active lifestyle at an early age. She has also had to overcome traumatic injuries resulting from an accident and brings an uncanny amount of drive and perseverance to her vision of fitness. As such, Grace can easily relate to members and clients struggling with injury and she utilizes her own experiences to inspire people to reach for the fitness goals they desire. Grace also teaches bootcamp and holds an IFTA indoor cycling certification.


Douglas White - Fitness Specialist


A native of Dekalb, MS, Douglas grew up playing multiple sports. He would later use his athletic ability to secure scholarships to East Mississippi Community College and Mississippi College. Douglas was a key part of the Lions 2013 national championship football team while at East Mississippi Community College. After transferring to Mississippi College he was named football team captain for his final two seasons. Through sports, Douglas developed a passion for fitness and in 2017 he graduated from Mississippi College with a degree in sports management. Whether he's teaching a boot camp class or personal training, Douglas brings enthusiasm and a fiery sincerity for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
