A 45 min. low impact workout combining balance, strength, cardio, and stretching with no impact on the back and knees. Fitness Level-Beginner

Body Burn

Get a quick circuit workout in this 30 min. class. You get a different workout each time with intermediate step, kickboxing, and Hi/Lo combined with toning. Intermediate

Body Flex

45 min. of stretches intended to improve flexibility, athletic performance, and injury prevention. Fitness level: All levels

Core Fit

15 min. solution to core strength.  Great for abdominal and lower back conditioning. (Core Fit+ is 30 min.) Fitness level: Intermediate

Functional Training Bootcamp

A high intensity, functional training workout combining cardiovascular endurance, strengthening, and agility exercises.  Challenging and creative workouts are provided each class!  Classes take place in the Functional Training Area and the basketball court.  The Functional Training Area is equipped with Rogue equipment, TRX suspension trainers, battle ropes, plyometric boxes, climbing ropes, medicine balls, rowers, sleds, and kettlebells.  Classes are limited to the first (16) participants and lasts up to 45 minutes/Boot Camp Blast - 30 minutes.
