Family swim times are allotted for members to bring their children ages 12 and younger to swim. Family swim times are held in our therapy pool, which is kept at a comfortable temperature of 88 - 89ºF at a depth of 4' - 4' 8" for practicing and playing. Monday-Thursday: 6:00pm-8:00pm
Friday: 6:00pm-7:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am-4:30pm
Sunday: 1:00pm-5:30pm
Benefits of heated, salt-water pools
Both our indoor lap and therapy swimming pools are heated and salt water. Heated salt water pools are very therapeutic in that the warm water and salt are beneficial to individual’s muscles and joints. Salt water pools are gentler on the skin, hair, and eyes than a chemically produced chlorine pool.
