Group aquatic exercise classes are offered Monday-Friday in our lap pool, which stays at a refreshing temperature of 84-85ºF at a depth of 3' 6" - 5'. These classes are designed for individuals at any fitness level wanting a fun and challenging workout to improve muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance and joint range of motion. No swimming ability is required to participate in these classes. Water shoes are recommended for comfort, shock absorption and better floor grip.
Benefits of heated, salt-water pools
Both our indoor lap and therapy swimming pools are heated and salt water. Heated salt water pools are very therapeutic in that the warm water and salt are beneficial to individual’s muscles and joints. Salt water pools are gentler on the skin, hair, and eyes than a chemically produced chlorine pool.

Lifeguard CertificationAmerican Red Cross lifeguard courses are offered in the spring months for participants ages 15 years and older. |
