Start off your day with a 45 minutes workout combining cardio and toning exercises in a circuit format. All levels
Complete strength training routine using weights, body weight, and other equipment to increase metabolism, strength, and endurance. Fitness level: All levels
45 min. of stretches intended to improve flexibility, athletic performance, and injury prevention. Fitness level: All levels
15 min. solution to core strength. Great for abdominal and lower back conditioning. (Core Fit+ is 30 min.) Fitness level: Intermediate
